Birth Debriefing: During the home visit we will discuss your experience of birth. Often postpartum support is focused on the physical aspect of healing. !Without the chance to address !the psychological aspect of birth some women are unable to finish their journey and truly make sense of their childbirth. !Birth debriefing is a specific and sensitive approach that helps women and their partners process their experiences and heal from any negative impacts of birth.
